The Client
Advantage Agency, located on the Central Coast of NSW, is a full-stack digital agency that provides its clients with brand strategy, web development and digital marketing services.
The Role
As a marketing account manager, I work with the various teams within the agency to achieve outcomes for a range of clients across a range of channels.
Day to Day
My day to day tasks include:

Client communications around creative, campaign performance, project management and relationship building

Ideating and briefing our internal web design, social media and graphic design teams, including the creation of mood boards and templates

Assisting in the content approval process and working closely with clients to meet their needs

Performing due dilligence on client markets to ensure our deliverables are meeting and exceeding expectations and staying up to date with trends

Managing and working with external contractors on critical client deliverables and content creation
Month to Month
Some monthly tasks include:

Participating in client strategy sessions and constructing the resulting strategy documents to carve a path for our clients to succeed

Monthly reporting to clients on the status of campaigns based on a range of metrics including but not limited to; reach, impressions, ROAS, website visitation, calls and form completions

Routine personal development on digital marketing trends (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Tik Tok, Google Ads, NFT's, Social Tokens etc)
